Fertilization method:
(1) Circular fertilization method. According to the size of the tree crown, dig a circular ditch centered on the trunk. The depth of the ditch depends on the depth of root system distribution, generally 20-30cm deep and 30cm wide. It is often used when young trees and fertilizer are less.
(2) Radiation fertilization. Dig 5 radial ditches on the tree disc, with a width of 30cm. It should be shallow near the trunk and gradually deep outward.
(3) Furrow fertilization method. A strip ditch with a depth of 30cm and a width of 30cm shall be excavated between rows and plants. It shall be filled with soil after fertilization, which is suitable for adult citrus orchards.
(4) Disc ditch fertilization method. With the trunk as the center, rake the soil into a disc shape. It should be shallow near the trunk and gradually deep outward. The raked soil is piled outside the pan, evenly sprinkle the fertilizer into the pan, and then fill it with soil, which is suitable for fertilization of young trees.
(5) Whole garden casting. Spread the fertilizer evenly throughout the garden, and then turn the fertilizer into the soil by deep raking in late autumn, early winter or early spring.
