OVERVIEW
The gas-liquid hybrid pump has a direct motor connection structure, the pump structure and performance can be matched with American, European and Japanese pumps, the pump is made of stainless steel casting.
The suction port of the gas-liquid mixing pump can use negative pressure to suck in gas, so there is no need to use air compressor and atmospheric ejector.
The high speed pump impeller mixes and stirs the liquid with the gas, so there is no need for an agitator or mixer.
Due to the pressurised mixing in the pump, the gas is fully dissolved with the liquid and the dissolution efficiency can reach over 80%. Therefore, no large pressurised dissolved gas tanks or expensive reaction towers are required to produce highly dissolved liquids. A gas-liquid mixing pump attracts, mixes, dissolves and delivers the highly dissolved liquid directly to the point of use.
Therefore, the use of a gas-liquid mixing pump increases the efficiency of the dissolved liquid production, simplifies the production unit, saves space, significantly reduces the initial investment and saves operating and maintenance costs.
PRODUCT FEATURES

HOW TO SET UP THE BUBBLE GENERATOR?
1. Fit the machine with water hose and power cables according to the diagram, and fill the machine with water before use.
Remove the water inlet valve, raise the water inlet hose and fill it with water, wait until water comes out of the outlet valve, put back the water inlet valve and tighten it by hand.
2. Close the gas flow meter, turn on the power supply, wait for the machine to pump water normally (the sound becomes louder), then slowly open the gas flow meter and adjust it to the specified position, within about 30 seconds the pump will produce nano bubbles (the sound quietens down).
APPLICATION
1. Air suspension treating equipment, ozone water preparing equipment, and biological treating equipment.
2. Feeding of heating or cooling medium for various temperature adjusting devices.
3. Various filters: sucking or high pressure transferring low viscosity liquid from underground tank, such as gasoline and various solvent.
4. Misting treatment of clear water, pure water, foods, chemical solution and waste solution.
5. Strict applications (continuous running, abrupt variation in hydraulic pressure): such as small scale stream boiler, high building water supply, high pressure water injection to high pressure tank, and suction from vacuum tank.
7. Sampling from river or tank, transfer foamable liquid, transfer liquid through long and horizontal pipeline, where air pockets likely occur.
